Měření emisí zápachu a tuhých znečišťujících látek z intenzivního chovu drůbeže
BELKA, Daniel
As agricultural production grows, the focus is on improving air quality, which affects not only residents around farms, but also climate change on a global scale. This thesis deals with the measurement of particulate pollutants and odor emissions in intensive poultry farming. The measurements were carried out at the Farma U Lesa in Sudoměřice u Bechyně in the spring and autumn of 2018. The production specific emission of odorous substances into the air was evaluated using dynamic olfactometry according to ČSN EN 13 725, which ranged from 0.01 to 0 according to the fattening cycle phase, 3 OUE. Ks-1. s-1. Compared to the BREF reference document, which lists emission odor values from 0.032 to 0.7 OUE. Ks-1. s-1 the measured values on the farm Mr. Šonky came out very low. Dust particles of PM10 fraction were measured according to the ČSN EN 12 341 methodology for the measurement of dust particles and the production specific emission of PM10 particles was found, which during the whole fattening cycle was measured to a maximum of 0.0025 kg. Ks-1.year-1. The measurement results were compared with the BREF reference document, where the maximum permissible production of solid pollutants of this fraction from 0.004 to 0.025 kg. Ks-1.year-1. In comparing the measured dust emission values with the BREF, the production of harmful emissions was very low.
Porovnání koncentrace emisí tuhých znečišťujících látek z rozdílných technologií velkochovu drůbeže
FARA, Radek
Topic of this thesis is comparsion of emission concetration of solid pollutants in intensive poultry farming with different technologies. Measurement was done in cage system and two alternative poultry housing systems in company International poultry testing based in Ústrašice. For measurement of dust particles was used measurement device DUSTTRAK II 8530, own measurement has been done continuously for 24 hours with record every 3s. Dustiness was tracked in size fraction PM10. This dust particles can negatively influence health of employees and reared poultry. By measuring and following evaluation was found, that lowest value of dust particles was achieved in cage housing system. Considering health protection of employees and requirements for poultry wellfare is necessary keep dustiness of stable enviroment on lowest level.
Emise tuhých znečišťujících látek v chovech drůbeže
FARA, Radek
This bachelor thesis is focused to monitoring concentrations of the dust particles in the object of laying hens meat-type. Measurement took place in company international poultry testing based in Ustrasice. In this object was monitored fraction of particulate matter size PM10 . These particles can have a negative impact on worker's health and on breeding poultry. Own measurement was done by DUSTTRAK II 8530 Measurement was carried out continuously in a period of 24 hours with a recording interval every three seconds. After analyzing monitored values it was found that the values of dust particles from the housing meat-type hens were not in the hall in Ustrasice exceeded. It is desirable levels of dust particles to the maximum extent possible to eliminate.
Analysis of emissions of particulate matter in poultry farming
ADAMOVSKÝ, Vojtěch
This thesis was focused on monitoring production of dust particles in poultry farming. This measurement was made with the Dusttrak II 8530 which monitored the environment in the stable every 3 seconds for 24 hours. For monitoring were selected companies in the South Bohemian Region, specifically MTD Ústrašice and Farma u lesa. Results of Dusttrak measurements showed that none of the stables exceeded the permissible limits of dust particles. Additionally microscopic analysis of the samples of dust particles revealed that the main component of source of dust was feed mixture.
Emissions of particulate matter in poultry farms
VACOVSKÝ, Miroslav
Among the considerable factors in poultry include climatic conditions, where the breeding takes place. This work focuses on the content of solid particles PM10 and PM2,5 occurring in this environment. These particles can negatively affect the health status of breeding and staff, ensuring the necessary care in poultry farming. Dust particles settle on the skin, where they have an irritant effect or are inhaled into the respiratory tract bodies of birds. These particles are transferred microorganisms causing a variety of diseases. It is therefore desirable to eliminate the amount of such particles to the maximum extent possible.
Environmental aspects of eggs production from point of view of greenhouse gasses emissions
KALKUŠ, Václav
The aim of the study is to compare poultry farming focused on either conventional or organic egg production. Detailed information has been gathered in particular organizations by the means of questionnaires and provided technical literature. We have concentrated on the monitoring of the emission impact on the environment, caused especially by feed material consumption, electricity consumption and farm dung management. Based on the gathered data the emission burden was calculated by the means of Ecoinvent database using CO2 equivalent. We have compared the individual systems of management and evaluated greenhouse gasses production. The main target of the thesis was to find out whether the production of organic eggs has smaller impact on the environment than the conventional one.
Analysis of the production of broiler chickens on the farm Agro Čejetice
RIŠKOVÁ, Martina
Production of poultry meat in the Republic and in the world has upward trend. This is primarily due to the highly fattening ability, reproductive short interval, dietetic properties of meat and good efficiency of conversion of feed nutrients. Every year across the European Union is produced about 9,6 billion broiler chickens. Broiler chicknes are specialized type of chicken bred and consume for meat. In a global comparison of the largest share of the production of poultry meat is provided by the United States and countries of the European Union. Czech Republic belongs to the volume of production to less dynamically developing countries. Chicken meat is cheaper than the other kinds of meat and this has significantly increased its market share. This is due to the fact that chicken meat contains many valuable protein and its cuisine is very simple. The subject of the master thesis was to evaluate selected influences on increment of broiler chickens in the farm Agro Čejetice s.r.o. in a time sequence of five years (2008-2012). The thesis was focused on the index calculation and observation of the effectiveness of the fattening period during each batch and on detailed observation of growths and loss in each of the locations. Also on the consumption of KKS and link to average selling weight of chicks.

Production of poultry meat in the Republic and in the world has upward trend. This is primarily due to the highly fattening ability, reproductive short interval, dietetic properties of meat, good efficiency of conversion of feed nutrients and by independences food production of soil. Every year across the European Union is produced about 5.9 billion broiler chickens. The subject of my bachelor´s dissertation was to develop a literature search and analysis of broiler production in the farm Čejetice Agro Ltd. Collection of input data was realised in chronological period of 3 years (2008-2010). The dissertation is focused on the gains of broiler chickens and the consumption of complete feed in this company.
